Pitali smo vas \u2013 evo \u0161ta ka\u017eete!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>U susret <a href=\"https:\/\/bgdmarathon.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Beogradskom polumaratonu<\/a>, a koju podr\u017eava Fitpass, delimo zanimljive uvide o tome kako se trka\u010di u Srbiji pripremaju za velike trke. U anketi sa preko 1.000 vas &#8211; otkrili smo navike, trikove i stilove koji vas vode ka cilju \u2013 neki po planu, a neki uz dozu adrenalina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kada po\u010dinju pripreme?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Najve\u0107i broj vas (29.6%) se baca na posao 3-6 meseci ranije \u2013 taman da se forma izbrusi. Skoro jednako vas (28.7%) igra na duge staze i kre\u0107e vi\u0161e od pola godine unapred. Me\u0111utim, ima i onih (25.1%) koji sve obave u 1-3 meseca, a 16.6% priznaje da startuje manje od mesec dana ranije \u2013 oslanjaju\u0107i se na adrenalin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kakav je plan igre?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Gotovo polovina vas (48.7%) kombinuje tr\u010danje sa drugim sportovima, dok 21.1% strogo prati plan sa jasno odre\u0111enom kilometra\u017eom, snagom i oporavkom. Tu su i oni koji se vode ose\u0107ajem (22.6%) i oni koji pojma nemaju kakav im je plan (7.7%) \u2013 ali to ih ne zaustavlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko \u010desto trenirate?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Najpopularnija opcija je 4-5 puta nedeljno (44%) \u2013 balans intenziteta i odmora. Slede oni koji treniraju 2-3 puta (34.7%), a ima i onih koji idu do kraja \u2013 6-7 puta (13.4%). Ipak, 7.9% uspeva s manje od dva treninga nedeljno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass<\/a> u pripremama?<br><\/strong>Vi\u0161e od polovine vas koristi ili razmi\u0161lja da koristi <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass<\/a>: 28% ve\u0107 kombinuje tr\u010danje sa <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teretanom<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jogom<\/a> ili <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=bazen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bazenom<\/a>, dok 27.8% ka\u017ee da jo\u0161 ne koristi, ali razmatra. Povremeno koristi 19.9%, a 24.3% bi probalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omiljene discipline pored tr\u010danja?<br><\/strong>Pobednik je \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teretana<\/a> (55.3%). Slede <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=bazen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plivanje<\/a> (20.1%), <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">joga<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=pilates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilates<\/a> (14.1%) i biciklizam (10.5%). Jasna poruka: snaga i mobilnost su klju\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ishrana u pripremama?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Ve\u0107ina (58.5%) poku\u0161ava da jede zdravo, ali bez optere\u0107enja. 16.3% ima striktan plan, 16.2% jede kako telo ka\u017ee, dok 9% planira da obrati vi\u0161e pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako se oporavljate?<br><\/strong>Gotovo polovina (46.2%) bira laganu \u0161etnju i aktivan odmor, dok 26.3% ide ozbiljno: <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=masaza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">masa\u017ea<\/a>, istezanje, ledene kupke. 15.2% samo nastavi dalje, a 12.3% \u2013 le\u017ei i \u010deka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Glavna motivacija?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Ogromnih 61% tr\u010di zbog li\u010dnog izazova i dokazivanja sebi. Energija trke motivi\u0161e 14.3%, dok 18.1% tr\u010di za zdravlje i formu. Medalja i ose\u0107aj postignu\u0107a motivi\u0161u 6.6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gde trenirate kada niste napolju?<br><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=teretana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Teretana<\/a> ubedljivo vodi sa 61.9%. Slede <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=bazen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bazen<\/a> (17.3%), <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=grupni-trening\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grupni treninzi<\/a> (13.2%) i <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=joga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">joga<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=pilates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pilates<\/a> (7.6%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko vam zna\u010di sloboda u treninzima?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Vi\u0161e od polovine (55.6%) voli da kombinuje razli\u010dite aktivnosti, dok \u010detvrtina preferira rutinu. Samo 5.1% ne razmi\u0161lja o tome \u2013 samo ide na trening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez obzira da li ste tim \u201estrogi plan\u201c ili \u201eslu\u0161am telo\u201c, pripreme za trku su va\u0161a li\u010dna avantura.
