I to nije lo\u0161e. Ali ako \u017eelimo da se zaista regeneri\u0161emo \u2013 i fizi\u010dki i mentalno \u2013 <strong>aktivni odmor je ono \u0161to nam svima zapravo treba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta zna\u010di &#8220;aktivan odmor&#8221;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne, ne zna\u010di da morate tr\u010dati maraton niti dizati tegove na +35 stepeni.<br>A ne zna\u010di ni da ve\u017ebanje mora da bude prioritet.<br><strong>Aktivan odmor<\/strong> jednostavno zna\u010di da <strong>kroz slobodne dane ubacite umereno kretanje<\/strong> \u2013 jer ono podsti\u010de cirkulaciju, osloba\u0111a stres, balansira energiju i \u010dini da se zaista <em>osetimo odmorno<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To mo\u017ee da bude:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Jutarnja \u0161etnja do pla\u017ee ili kroz planinsko selo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plivanje 20 minuta dnevno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rekreativna vo\u017enja bicikla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Igranje sa decom na terenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lagano istezanje na terasi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ili, naravno, trening u nekoj od <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fitpass objekata<\/a> ako letujete u Srbiji<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statistike koje idu u prilog aktivnom odmoru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>67% ljudi<\/strong> koji ve\u017ebaju na odmoru tvrde da se nakon njega ose\u0107aju <strong>manje umorno<\/strong> i da im se lak\u0161e vra\u0107a radna rutina (Statista, 2024).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studija objavljena u <em>Harvard Health Publishing<\/em> (2023) pokazuje da <strong>umereno kretanje tokom odmora zna\u010dajno smanjuje nivo stresa i pobolj\u0161ava san<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svetska zdravstvena organizacija i dalje preporu\u010duje <strong>150 minuta umerene fizi\u010dke aktivnosti nedeljno<\/strong>, i to va\u017ei i za vreme odmora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugim re\u010dima \u2013 <strong>pasivno le\u017eanje ne zna\u010di nu\u017eno i regeneraciju<\/strong>. Telo i mozak se obnavljaju kroz pokret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje su prednosti aktivnog odmora?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Br\u017ei oporavak organizma<\/strong><br>Lagana fizi\u010dka aktivnost poma\u017ee telu da se re\u0161i toksina, popravi cirkulaciju i balansira hormone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bolji kvalitet sna<\/strong><br>Ako ste aktivni tokom dana, ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107ete spavati dublje i kvalitetnije \u2013 \u0161to je klju\u010d odmora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manje stresa i anksioznosti<\/strong><br>Ve\u017ebanje smanjuje nivo kortizola (hormona stresa) i pove\u0107ava nivo serotonina \u2013 \u0161to zna\u010di bolji raspolo\u017eenje bez obzira da li ste na moru, u planini ili kod ku\u0107e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lak\u0161i povratak u svakodnevicu<\/strong><br>Ako ostanete <em>barem malo<\/em> fizi\u010dki aktivni tokom odmora, \u0161ok povratka u trening ili posao je manji.
