Dobra vest je da postoje na\u010dini da svom telu pomogne\u0161 da se oslobodi vi\u0161ka te\u010dnosti, a jedan od njih je <strong>limfna drena\u017ea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to dolazi do zadr\u017eavanja vode?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzroci uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>dugotrajno sedenje ili stajanje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedovoljno kretanja,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visok unos soli,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hormonske promene,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>odre\u0111ene bolesti ili lekovi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema podacima Svetske zdravstvene organizacije, procenjuje se da se <strong>oko 20\u201330% odrasle populacije povremeno suo\u010dava sa simptomima zadr\u017eavanja vode<\/strong>. Kod \u017eena je ovo stanje \u010dak i \u010de\u0161\u0107e, posebno u periodu hormonskih oscilacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je limfni sistem i za\u0161to je va\u017ean?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limfni sistem je prirodni &#8220;odvod&#8221; na\u0161eg tela \u2014 mre\u017ea sudova i \u010dvorova koja uklanja toksine, vi\u0161ak te\u010dnosti i metaboli\u010dki otpad. Kada limfa uspori, telo se &#8220;zagu\u0161i&#8221;, pa nastaju otoci, umor i slabija cirkulacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato je stimulacija limfnog sistema klju\u010dna \u2014 a tu na scenu stupa <strong>limfna drena\u017ea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je limfna drena\u017ea?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limfna drena\u017ea je specijalna masa\u017ena tehnika kojom se laganim, ritmi\u010dkim pokretima podsti\u010de limfa da te\u010de efikasnije. U profesionalnom okru\u017eenju to rade fizioterapeuti, ali postoje i <strong>samomasa\u017ene tehnike<\/strong> koje mo\u017ee\u0161 primenjivati kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako da samostalno stimuli\u0161e\u0161 limfni sistem?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Evo nekoliko jednostavnih i bezbednih na\u010dina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pokret je klju\u010d<\/strong> \u2013 Brza \u0161etnja, lagano istezanje ili joga mogu da aktiviraju limfu.
