Donosimo nekoliko ideja kako da ih motivi\u0161ete da se pokrenu \u2013 na zabavan i bezbedan na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je fizi\u010dka aktivnost va\u017ena u zrelom dobu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Redovno kretanje poma\u017ee starijima da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>odr\u017ee mi\u0161i\u0107nu snagu i ravnote\u017eu, smanjuju\u0107i rizik od padova,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pobolj\u0161aju cirkulaciju i zdravlje srca,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o\u010duvaju mentalnu o\u0161trinu i raspolo\u017eenje,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i naravno, ose\u0107aju se vitalnije i samopouzdanije.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak i kratke \u0161etnje ili lagani ve\u017ebe mogu napraviti ogromnu razliku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Prema podacima iz 2024. godine, samo 12% gra\u0111ana Srbije redovno ve\u017eba, dok 8% nikada ne praktikuje nikakvu fizi\u010dku aktivnost. Me\u0111u osobama starijim od 65 godina, 4,9% se suo\u010dava sa ozbiljnim funkcionalnim ograni\u010denjima u svakodnevnim aktivnostima (Izvor: <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC11547353\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PMC<\/a>). Prema istra\u017eivanjima, \u010dak 85,7% starijih osoba u Srbiji ima neku dugotrajnu bolest ili zdravstveni problem, \u0161to zna\u010dajno uti\u010de na njihovu sposobnost za obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti (Izvor: <a href=\"https:\/\/hdr.undp.org.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Poglavlje6-Depopulacija-i-javno-zdravlje-e1.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HDR<\/a>). Tako\u0111e, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da je 24,6% osoba starosti od 65 do 75 godina pokazalo znakove depresije tokom poslednje dve godine, \u0161to mo\u017ee biti povezano sa smanjenjem fizi\u010dke aktivnosti i socijalne izolacije (Izvor: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redcross.org.rs\/media\/5819\/socijalna-inkluzija-cg.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crveni Krst<\/a>). Ove brojke ukazuju na hitnu potrebu za implementacijom programa fizi\u010dke aktivnosti koji su prilago\u0111eni starijim osobama, kako bi se pobolj\u0161alo njihovo fizi\u010dko i mentalno zdravlje.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako da ih motivi\u0161ete da se pokrenu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Po\u010dnite polako<\/strong> \u2013 predlo\u017eite 10\u201315 minuta \u0161etnje oko bloka ili lagane ve\u017ebe kod ku\u0107e. Sve je bolje od ni\u010dega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uklju\u010dite dru\u0161tvo<\/strong> \u2013 grupni \u010dasovi u fitnes centru ili \u0161etnje sa prijateljima \u010dine ve\u017ebanje zabavnijim i sigurnijim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Odaberite aktivnosti prilago\u0111ene njihovim mogu\u0107nostima<\/strong> \u2013 joga, pilates za seniore, aqua aerobik ili \u010dak plesni \u010dasovi u ni\u017eem intenzitetu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Postavite male ciljeve<\/strong> \u2013 zajedno pratite napredak i slavite svaku pobedu, pa makar bila i mala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Koristite Fitpass prednosti<\/strong> \u2013 mnogo objekata u sistemu ima programe prilago\u0111ene seniorima.
