Hrono ishrana nije zami\u0161ljena kao dijeta, vec kao <strong>vid ishrane koji \u0107e nam pomo\u0107i da uspostavimo balans i normalan rad metabolizma.<\/strong><br \/>\nNjen krajnji cilj jeste <strong>dobro op\u0161te zdravstveno stanje kroz izbacivanje lo\u0161ih navika i vi\u0161ka kilograma. <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Hrono ishrana<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Hrono ishrana nastala je u Francuskoj 1986. godine, a tvorcem se smatra dr Alain Delabos. <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Program je nastao kombinacijom najsavremenijih saznanja iz oblasti fiziologije ishrane, endokrinologije, biohemije, molekularne biologije i biofizike i kao takav stvoren je da odgovara svakom pojedincu, bez obzira na pol, starost ili zdravstveno stanje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Hrono ishrana: Idealan dorucak<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jedno od najbitnijih pravila hrono ishrane je doru\u010dak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Doru\u010dak je najbitniji obrok u toku dana jer daje potrebnu energiju za predstoje\u0107i dan, pobolj\u0161ava koncentraciju i memoriju, spre\u010dava od mnogobrojnih bolesti i skida suvi\u0161ne kilograme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U ranim jutarnjim \u010dasovima, kada je organizam prilago\u0111en, a \u017eeludac u potpunoj sposobnosti da vari hranu, na\u0161 jelovnik bi trebalo da se sastoji iz <strong>kombinacije masti, belancevina i sporih \u0161ecera<\/strong> (\u017eitarica).<br \/>\n<em>Za postizanje najboljeg efekta, doru\u010dak bi trebalo da bude pre 10h i da traje oko 30 minuta. <\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201eHrono ishrana se ne bazira na odricanju i izgladnjavaju, ve\u0107 na pravilno uskla\u0111enim obrocima.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Najpozitivnija strana hrono ishrane je veliki izbor namirnica u jutarnjim \u010dasovima, ve\u0107ina onih koja bi u drugim dijetama ili na\u010dinima ishrane bila striktno zabranjena. Slobodno mo\u017eete jesti pite, mafine, bureke&#8230; Sve dok su napravljeni od integralnog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hrono doru\u010dak bi trebalo da bude jednostavan, sa nekoliko osnovnih namirnica.
