I sve je to skroz okej.<br>Ali \u0161ta ako ove godine ubacite i <strong>malo pokreta<\/strong> \u2013 bez plana, bez obaveze i bez ideje da morate da budete \u201efit par\u201c?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zajedni\u010dko kretanje ne mora da bude trening. Dovoljno je da radite <strong>ne\u0161to novo zajedno<\/strong>, da se smejete i da dan zavr\u0161ite sa vi\u0161e energije nego \u0161to ste ga zapo\u010deli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to su aktivnosti u dvoje dobra ideja?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad se kre\u0107emo zajedno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>manje razmi\u0161ljamo o rezultatima, vi\u0161e o trenutku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lak\u0161e se opu\u0161tamo i povezujemo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stvaramo zajedni\u010dke navike, a ne jo\u0161 jednu obavezu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus \u2013 mnogo je zabavnije kad neko deli onaj trenutak \u201euh, ovo je te\u017ee nego \u0161to sam mislila\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ideje za aktivan Dan zaljubljenih<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/objekti?discipline=ples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ples<\/a> koji ne tra\u017ei ritam (ni iskustvo)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zumba, salsa, bachata \u2013 nije va\u017eno koji ples, va\u017eno je da se kre\u0107ete i smejete.<br>Ne morate znati korake.
