Istra\u017eivanja su nam pokazala da gre\u0161imo, jer nam upravo on pru\u017ea mogu\u0107nost da na zdrav na\u010din br\u017ee i lak\u0161e izgubimo kilograme.<\/p>\n<h2>Spana\u0107 i gubljenje kilograma &#8211; Nau\u010dno dokazano<\/h2>\n<p>Efekat spana\u0107a na gubljenje kilograma bila je tema istra\u017eivanja Lund Univerziteta iz \u0160vedske. Autor istra\u017eivanja bila je \u0160erlon Erlanson-Albertson, profesor Medicinske i Psiholo\u0161ke Hemije.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje se radilo na 38 \u017eena sa problemom prekomerne te\u017eine i trajalo je tri meseca.<br \/>\nZadatak je bio da svakoga dana, pre doru\u010dka, popiju zeleni sok. Prva grupa je pila sok koji je u sebi sadr\u017eao 5gr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tilakoid\" target=\"_blank\">tilakoida<\/a><\/strong> (membrane zelenog lista koje poseduje spana\u0107), dok je druga grupa pila <strong>placebo<\/strong>.<br \/>\nU\u010desnice nisu znale u kojoj su grupi, ali su sve morale da se pridr\u017eavaju pravila &#8211; uravnote\u017eena ishrana sa tri obroka dnevno. <strong>Nisu smele da praktikuju ni jednu drugu dijetu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rezultati istra\u017eivanja, objavljeni na sajtu Univerziteta i u &#8220;Apetit&#8221; \u010dasopisu, pokazala su:<br \/>\n<strong>Prosek grupe koja je uzimala placebo bio je 3,5kg manje kilograma nakon 3 meseca i<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Prosek grupe koja je uzimala tilakoide bio je 5kg manje kilograma nakon 3 meseca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razlika u izgubljenim kilogramima mo\u017eda nije velika, ali <strong>bitno saznanje<\/strong> koje je ovo istra\u017eivanje dobilo je &#8211; u\u010desnice uspe\u0161nije grupe su izjavile da im je bilo lak\u0161e da se pridr\u017eavaju pravila i ta\u010dno odre\u0111ene ishrane, uprkos nezdravim navikama koje su imale.<strong> Tako\u0111e, nisu imale poriv za slatki\u0161ima, grickalicama i ostalom nezdravom hranom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2506\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2506 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/spana\u0107.jpg\" alt=\"spana\u0107\" width=\"946\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/spana\u0107.jpg 946w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/spana\u0107-768x192.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 946px) 100vw, 946px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Kako nam spana\u0107 poma\u017ee da izgubimo kilograme<\/h2>\n<p>Da bismo razumeli kako nam spana\u0107 mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u gubljenju kilograma, moramo prvo razumeti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e uzroke gojaznosti.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina ljudi ose\u0107a takozvanu &#8220;<strong>hedonisti\u010dku glad<\/strong>&#8220;. Tako\u0111e, ve\u0107ini ljudi je izuzetno te\u0161ko, gotovo nemogu\u0107e da odole \u010dokoladi nakon obroka ili \u010dipsu uz film \u0161to stvara nezdrave navike i problem sa vi\u0161kom kilograma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klju\u010d za mr\u0161avljenje le\u017ei upravo u suzbijanju tog ose\u0107aja i pove\u0107anju ose\u0107aja &#8220;homestati\u010dne gladi&#8221; &#8211; ose\u0107aju gladi tj potrebe za pravom energijom koja je na\u0161em organizmu potrebna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brza hrana, slatki\u0161i i ostala fabi\u010dki prera\u0111ena hrana se ne vare adekvatno ili se svare prebrzo, \u0161to hormoni koji prenose ose\u0107aj gladi ne mogu da prate.<br \/>\nProfesor Elanson-Alberson i tim nau\u010dnika koji su radili na istra\u017eivanju tvrde da ekstrakt iz spana\u0107a usporava proces varenja hrane, \u0161to hormonima daje dovoljno vremena da se oslobode i signaliziraju mozgu da je sit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tilakoidi usporavaju varenje, produ\u017euju ose\u0107aj sitosti, deluju protiv poriva za nezdravom hranom zbog \u010dega se i nazivaju &#8220;prigu\u0161iva\u010dima&#8221; apetita.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovo saznanje nam govori da, uz pomo\u0107 tilakoida, bi\u0107emo u mogu\u0107nosti da primenimo na\u0161u dijetu i striktan re\u017eim ishrane bez poriva za slatki\u0161ima i ostalom nepotrebnom hranom.
