Kao i lubenice, 95% krastavaca\u00a0je\u00a0sa\u010dinjeno <\/strong>od<strong> vode \u0161to ga\u00a0\u010dini niskokalori\u010dnom namirnicom koja \u0107e,\u00a0osim \u0161to \u0107e vas u\u010dini sitim, pomo\u0107i hidrataciji<\/strong> tela <strong>u vrelim letnjim danima.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Iako predstavlja nezamenjivu namirnicu u letnjim mesecima, zbog svojih nutritivnih vrednosti lekari preporu\u010duju konzumiranje ovog povr\u0107a tokom \u010ditave godine. Krastavci su puni vitamina C, u tragovima ima gotovo svih vitamina B, a sadr\u017ee i karoten. Od minerala su prisutni fosfor, kalijum, gvo\u017e\u0111e, mangan i jod, a savr\u0161en odnos natrijuma i kalijuma (mali procenat natrijuma, veliki kalijuma)\u00a0\u010dini ga savr\u0161enim diuretikom koji poma\u017ee prilikom izbacivanja te\u010dnosti i toksina iz organizma.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Krastavac je jedna od najzdravijih namirnica sa najmanje kalorija &#8211; na samo 100gr sadr\u017ei 15kcal.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ne sadr\u017ei masti ni holesterol.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Kora krastavca je savr\u0161en izbor vlakna koji reguli\u0161e probavu i poma\u017ee prilikom topljenja masti.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2913 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/salataligin-cilde-faydalari1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"387\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/salataligin-cilde-faydalari1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/salataligin-cilde-faydalari1-768x396.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Krastavac &#8211; Prednosti koje nam pru\u017ea<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u0160titi mozak\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKrastavac sadr\u017ei organsko jedinjenje koje ima klju\u010dnu ulogu u o\u010duvanju mo\u017edanih funkcija &#8211; <strong>Fizetin<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFizetin pobolj\u0161ava pam\u0107enje i \u010duva nervne \u0107elije od posledica starenja, a jedno istra\u017eivanje na mi\u0161evima je pokazalo povoljne rezultate na sposobnost pam\u0107enja i u\u010denja od dejstva Alchajmerove bolesti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0160titi od raka\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKrastavci sadr\u017ee polifenole koji se nazivaju lignani, koji mogu da spre\u010de nastanak raznih tipova bolesti i kancera : rak dojke, materice, jajnika i prostate. Tako\u0111e su se uspe\u0161no pokazali i kao borci protiv ve\u0107 postoje\u0107ih bolesti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smanjuje upale\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKako je ve\u0107 re\u010deno, krastavci su odli\u010dan saveznik prilikom suzbijanja bolesti, ali i upala.<br \/>\nNau\u010dna istra\u017eivanja dokazuju da krastavci uspe\u0161no suzbijaju ne\u017eeljene upale i povoljnu uti\u010du na rehabilitaciju organizma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bogat je antioksidantima\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKrastavac sadr\u017ei velike koli\u010dine antioksidanata. Pored pomenutih vitamina i minerala, tu je i beta &#8211; karoten.\u00a0Va\u017ean njegov deo su flavonoidi, poput kvercetina, apifenina, luteolina i kempferola. Kvertecin je antioksidant koji spre\u010dava osloba\u0111anje histamina, \u0161to ga \u010dini prirodnim lekom protiv alergija.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Osve\u017eava dah<\/strong><br \/>\nOva namirnica spre\u010dava neprijatan zadah i uni\u0161tava bakterije u ustima. Dovoljno je da, uz redovnu oralnu higijenu, pojedete par\u010de krastavca. On je zadu\u017een za sve\u017einu daha jer smanjuje vi\u0161ak toplote u stomaku, \u0161to se smatra jednim od uzro\u010dnika neprijatnog mirisa usne duplje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0160titi od stresa\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKrastavci sadr\u017ee mno\u0161tvo B vitamina, uklju\u010duju\u0107i vitamin B1, vitamin B5 i vitamin B7 (biotin).<br \/>\nB vitamini\u00a0su poznati\u00a0po svojom\u00a0pozitivnom\u00a0efektu na smanjenje\u00a0anksioznosti, nervoze\u00a0i straha, a veruje se da mogu i da uklone posledice nastalih usled stresnih situacija.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poma\u017ee pri varenju hrane\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nKrastavac je bogat vodom i vlaknima, koji su neophodni za zdravo varenje. Podi\u017ee pH vrednost u stomaku i tako ubla\u017eava lu\u010denje kiseline u \u017eeludcu.
