Krenemo da \u017eivimo rutinski, a zatim i &#8220;od danas do sutra&#8221;. Nervozniji smo iz dana u dan, obaveze nam sve te\u017ee padaju i sve vi\u0161e zavidimo sre\u0107nim i odmornim ljudima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cinjenica jeste da zaista <strong>mo\u017eemo da uti\u010demo na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje.<\/strong> Moramo to razumeti \u0161to pre kako ne bismo sebe dovodili u stanje monotonije, neraspolo\u017eenja i depresije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dajemo vam par saveta kako da svakodnevno pobe\u0111ujete rutinu i umesto dosadnog dana na poslu, zapravo dobijete jo\u0161 jedan uzbudljiv dan u va\u0161em \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Tvoja mo\u0107 je proporcionalna tvojoj sposobnosti da u\u017eiva\u0161.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>1.\u00a0Nau\u010dite da ugodite sebi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Postoji toliko stvari koje svakodnevno\u00a0<em>moramo da uradimo<\/em>. Toliko stvari od kojih\u00a0nas glava odmah zaboli ili nam se raspolo\u017eenje momentalno promeni.\u00a0\u00a0Zvu\u010di vam poznato?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako bi bilo da me\u0111u sve dnevne obaveze ubacite ne\u0161to \u0161to\u00a0<strong>ne morate<\/strong><em>?\u00a0<\/em>Ne\u0161to za sebe, samo va\u0161e, ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e postojati samo iz jednog razloga &#8211; <strong>da<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>vi u\u017eivate<\/strong>. Za neke \u0107e to biti jutarnje tu\u0161iranje uz narodnu muziku, nekome ogroman slatki\u0161 na putu do posla, a nekome mo\u017eda igranje igrica pred spavanje. Niko vas ne osu\u0111uje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poenta i jeste da na\u0111ete ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e na va\u0161e lice nabaciti osmeh ili pomo\u0107i da se malo opustite, a zatim\u00a0upravo to pretvorite u va\u0161u svakodnevnu rutinu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2. Naterajte se da ustanete ranije!\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b>\u0160ta god da se desi ujutru, uglavnom vam <strong>odre\u0111uje raspolo\u017eenje tog dana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ukoliko se uspavate, vi kasnite i ve\u0107 vam je dan zapo\u010deo u \u017eurbi i pod stresom. Zato na\u0111ite na\u010din da ustanete ranije, da na miru popijete kafu ili napravite sebi lep, obilan doru\u010dak koji \u0107ete pojesti uz dnevne novine. Da stignete da se istu\u0161irate i lagano spremite za posao. Vide\u0107ete i sami promenu kada, umesto \u017eurbe i stalnog gledanja na sat, ku\u0107u napustite <strong>mirni, osve\u017eeni i raspolo\u017eeni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zato pred spavanje <strong>isplanirajte svoje jutro<\/strong> i podsetite sebe za\u0161to \u017eelite da slede\u0107i dan probudite\u00a0ranije. Verujte nam, \u010dak vam ni ujutru ne\u0107e biti te\u0161ko da ustanete, iako ste jedni od onih ljudi koji vole da spavaju \u0161to du\u017ee mogu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3. Pripremite se za sutra\u0161nji dan<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Ako ve\u0107 planirate svoje jutro, <strong>za\u0161to ne bi i dan<\/strong>? Ne traje toliko dugo koliko zvu\u010di.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dovoljno je tek toliko, da mo\u017eda pripremite odevnu kombinaciju ili na brzinu odredite va\u0161 raspored i obaveze. Ujutru kada ustanete, dok se razbudite, ne\u0107ete morati da se prise\u0107ate onih sitnih stvari koje ste rekli sebi da ne smete da zaboravite i ne\u0107ete gubiti\u00a0vreme tra\u017ee\u0107i i isprobavaju\u0107i \u0161ta \u0107ete obu\u0107i taj dan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ima\u0107ete vremena za sve, <strong>bez \u017eurbe i bez stresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Pametno iskoristite put do posla<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Ve\u0107ina nas putuje na posao, \u0161to\u00a0i nije toliko u\u017eivanje. Ali sve ima svoju dobru stranu- <strong>ako vi tako \u017eelite<\/strong>, pa tako i put do posla mo\u017eete iskoristiti za ne\u0161to korisno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Primer:\u00a0<\/em>Mo\u017eete \u010ditati ili slu\u0161ati neku knjigu (sada izdaju i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.audioknjige.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\">audio knjige<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tako\u0111e, ako ste uspeli da krenete na vreme ili malo ranije, mo\u017eete parkirati malo dalje ili iza\u0107i stanicu ranije od posla, pro\u0161etati se i usput razgledati \u010dega ima u okolini.
