Oni su vi\u0161e \u017eiveli u skladu sa prirodnim okru\u017eenjem i njemu se prilago\u0111avali. Novi problemi i &#8220;poreme\u0107aji&#8221; su se pojavili u na\u0161em okru\u017eenju, a svi se pitaju &#8220;<em>Odakle ovo dolazi<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3175\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/14074382_10209492998658338_311660812_o.jpg\" alt=\"Human Foundations Program\" width=\"1600\" height=\"630\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/14074382_10209492998658338_311660812_o.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/14074382_10209492998658338_311660812_o-768x302.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako se upustimo u dublju analizu problema, uvi\u0111amo da je evolutivni put postanka ovakvim kakvi smo danas biolo\u0161ki oti\u0161ao u potpuno drugom pravcu, sve u skladu sa dana\u0161njim kulturolo\u0161kim duhom vremena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Radije se vozimo nego \u0161to hodamo.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Jedemo emotivno, a ne nutritivno.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Materijalne stvari su nam bitnije od zdravstvenog stanja.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovi disfunkcionalni obrasci (mentalni i fizi\u010dki) su odgovorni za na\u0161e probleme, i ako ih ne detektujemo, ne\u0107emo mo\u0107i da odr\u017eimo funkcionalnost na\u0161eg tela. Ako zanemarujemo na\u0161e prirodne korene, na\u0161a tela \u0107e platiti visoku cenu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Human Foundations Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Human Foundations program<\/strong> je deo funkcionalnog treninga koji je smislio <em><strong>Naudi Aguilar<\/strong><\/em> (Functional Patterns). Svako ko \u017eeli da pobolj\u0161a svoje zdravstveno stanje \u2013 bilo da je to smanjenje obima struka, bolja fizi\u010dka kondicija ili pove\u0107anje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase. Primenjuju ga i ljudi koji \u017eele da uklone probleme nastale zbog fizi\u010dke neaktivnosti ili nepravilnog treniranja.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Posle nekoliko nedelja treninga ve\u0107ina ljudi prime\u0107uje da imaju vi\u0161e kondicije, snage, bolji san, da bolje funkcioni\u0161u u stresnim situacijama. Profesionalni sportisti se br\u017ee oporavljaju posle me\u010deva, pove\u0107ava im se izdr\u017eljivost, efikasnost i koncentracija na terenu.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Funkcionalni trening se vodi potrebom, a ne egom<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi se priklju\u010duje grupnim programima ili sprovodi klasi\u010dne sisteme treninga po svojoj \u017eelji, veruju\u0107i da oni brzo donose prave rezultate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da bismo re\u0161ili problem koji imamo ili ostvarili cilj koji \u017eelimo, ne mo\u017eemo da treniramo i radimo identi\u010dne ve\u017ebe kao neko od na\u0161ih poznanika ili da primenjujemo program ve\u017ebanja za koji smo na\u010duli negde. Svako ima druga\u010diji problem, zbog \u010dega svaki pristup problemu mora biti poseban.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ljudi koji treniraju po Human Foundations principima su upoznati kako njihovi mi\u0161i\u0107i funkcioni\u0161u, kako se aktiviraju, gde se nalaze. Znaju koje su tehnike i ve\u017ebe najbolje za postizanje \u017eeljenog rezultata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Na treningu postoje samo ve\u017ebe koje su korisne, bez izmi\u0161ljanja ve\u017ebi da bi se utro\u0161ilo vreme. Uz pravog trenera, bi\u0107e dovoljno samo jednom da se ve\u017eba pravilno odradi, nakon \u010dega po\u010dinjemo mnogo efikasnije da koristimo svoje mi\u0161i\u0107e i telo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U prvom delu savladavanja tehnika treninga ima dosta stati\u010dnih elemenata: miofascijalno opu\u0161tanje, stati\u010dno istezanje, korektivne ve\u017ebe.
