Po\u010detnik u teretani ne sme podle\u0107i atmosferi i probati da ostavi utisak iskusnog ve\u017eba\u010da iz najmanje dva razloga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nepoznavanje na\u010dina izvo\u0111enja ve\u017ebi je vi\u0161e nego o\u010digledno<\/li>\n<li>nesmotreno ve\u017ebanje mo\u017ee dovesti do povrede i \u017eestoke upale mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Svaka ve\u017eba u teretani je dizajnirana za odre\u0111eni mi\u0161i\u0107 ili grupu mi\u0161i\u0107a. Postoji precizno definisan koridor pokreta i na\u010din dr\u017eanja tela prilikom njenog izvo\u0111enja kako bi se postigao \u017eeljeni efekat.<\/p>\n<p>Savet za po\u010detnike je da se pre svake ve\u017ebe konsultuju sa stru\u010dnim licem koje je u svakom trenutku prisutno u teretani. Makar neka ve\u017eba delovala trivijalno, savet stru\u010dnjaka \u0107e spre\u010diti nastanak potencijalne povrede ili ne\u017eeljene upale.<\/p>\n<p>Prvih nedelju dana u teretani, dok se mi\u0161i\u0107i ne adaptiraju na nove pokrete sa te\u017einom, preporu\u010duje se oprez. Nikako ne treba odmah probati podi\u0107i maksimum na ben\u010d presu ili \u010du\u010dnju. Naprotiv, treba se dr\u017eati te\u017eina od 40 do 60% od pretpostavljene maksimalne te\u017eine. Takvu te\u017einu treba dizati 3 do 5 ponavljanja u dve serije, iako bi maksimalan broj ponavljanja verovatno bio 15. Na ovaj na\u010din se spre\u010dava neprijatan i bolan ose\u0107aj upale mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/p>\n<h3>Prva nedelja&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3500 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/tuxpi.com_.1474985109.jpg\" alt=\"Sport Active\" width=\"397\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/tuxpi.com_.1474985109.jpg 397w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/tuxpi.com_.1474985109-768x1031.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Za svaki po\u010detak va\u017ei pravilo: &#8220;<em>Slabiji napor je korisniji nego ja\u010di.<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Savetuje se 3 treninga u kojima se obi\u0111u sve radne stanice u teretani i svaka mi\u0161i\u0107na grupa. Ve\u017ebe je potrebno raditi lagano, u rasponu od 3 do 5 ponavljanja, na 40 do 60% od pretpostavljene maksimalne te\u017eine. Kasnije se polako pove\u0107avaju te\u017eine i broj ponavljanja.<\/p>\n<h3>Druga nedelja<\/h3>\n<p>U drugoj nedelji smo malo iskusniji, pa mo\u017eemo lagano da prelazimo na neki program treninga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Program treninga&#8221; je zapravo plan po kojem \u0107emo raditi treninge &#8211; kojim danima, kojim redom \u0107emo ve\u017ebati koje mi\u0161i\u0107ne grupe i koje \u0107emo te\u017eine koristiti kada. Prilikom izbora programa treninga bitno je sagledati njihov nivo zahtevnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apsolutni po\u010detnik ne mo\u017ee ve\u017ebati istim intenzitetom i frekvencijom kao bodi-bilder koji se time profesionalno bavi 15 godina.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Na\u010din i Ritam \u017divota<\/h3>\n<p>Ukoliko poslovne i druge obaveze dozvoljavaju samo dve, a maksimalno tri posete teretani nedeljno, besmisleno je opredeliti se za program po kome se ve\u017eba 5 ili vi\u0161e puta nedeljno. Tako\u0111e, bitno je opredeliti se za teretane koje imaju rekvizite za program treninga za koji smo se odlu\u010dili.<\/p>\n<h4>Saveti i Termini<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ponavljaj jedan potpuni pokret sa tegom. Kod ben\u010d presa spustiti i podi\u0107i teg, kod pregiba bicepsom podi\u0107i i spustiti teg. Svaku ve\u017ebu je potrebno raditi pravilno. Nemojte dozvoliti da tehnika ispa\u0161ta zbog te\u017eine tega.<\/li>\n<li>Serije radite sa nekoliko ponavljanja sa tegom u nizu. U bodi-bildingu je to uglavnom 8 do 12 ponavljanja, u power liftingu je od 4 do 1.<\/li>\n<li>Maksimalan broj ponavljanja je broj ponavljanja u seriji posle koga ve\u017eba\u010d ne mo\u017ee da na\u010dini ni jedan vi\u0161e.<\/li>\n<li>Maksimalna te\u017eina je te\u017eina koju ve\u017eba\u010d mo\u017ee podi\u0107i samo jednom i ne bi mogao ni kilogram vi\u0161e.<\/li>\n<li>Upala mi\u0161i\u0107a je ose\u0107aj peckanja u mi\u0161i\u0107ima prouzrokovan setom mikro trauma u mi\u0161i\u0107a nastalih usled neprilago\u0111enog intenziteta mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fitnes centri &#8220;Sport Active&#8221; svojim \u010dlanovima nude kvalitetne uslove za izvo\u0111enje rekreativnih i profesionalnih treninga.
