Med mo\u017ee biti bilo koje vrste, a preporu\u010duje se kombinovanje nekoliko vrsta kako ne bi do\u0161lo do jednoli\u010dnosti.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ovaj na\u010din \u0107ete uspe\u0161no uraditi detoksikaciju organizma, regulisati i obezbediti pravilan rad probave, ali i ubrzati metabolizam. Napitak se pije odmah po ustajanju, pre doru\u010dka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zdrav Doru\u010dak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Doru\u010dak je obrok koji se nikada ne sme preskakati! Probudite metabolizam i dajte svom organizmu potrebnu energiju odmah na po\u010detku dana. Dodati pola banane, dve male ka\u0161ike mlevenog lana i jednu malu ka\u0161iku <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/chia-semenke\/\" rel=\"noopener\">chia semenki<\/a>. Namirnice mo\u017eete sjediniti i pojesti kao obrok ili izme\u0161ati\/blendirati i dobiti energetski \u0161ejk za savr\u0161en po\u010detak dana. Saveti: Izbegavajte prera\u0111ene pahuljice &#8211; kupujte ih u zdravoj hrani na grama\u017eu. Dodajte omiljeno vo\u0107e (kupine, maline, jagode) radi boljeg ukusa. Sirovi spana\u0107 u kombinaciji sa bananom uspe\u0161no skida masne naslage u predelu stomaka, zbog \u010dega je preporu\u010dljivo dodati par listova sirovog spana\u0107a svima koji \u017eele da smanje obime.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jaja na 100 na\u010dina: Proteini jaja su visoke biolo\u0161ke vrednosti, sadr\u017ee sve esencijalne aminokiseline, pa mogu zadovoljiti potrebe organizma u rastu i razvoju. Uvek su dobar izbor za doru\u010dak, pa mo\u017eete praktikovati svoje omiljene kombinacije ili isprobavati nove.<\/em><br><em> Pome\u0161ajte 5 belanaca, 2 \u017eumanceta sa spana\u0107em, mlekom i origanom i pr\u017eite na svinjskoj masti &#8211; dobi\u0107ete savr\u0161eno izbalansiran doru\u010dak koji \u0107e podi\u0107i energiju i dr\u017eati vas sitim sve do ru\u010dka.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zdravi Namazi: Ljubitelji hleba mogu pojesti dve kri\u0161ke integralnog hleba sa zdravim namazima poput: avokada, jagoda, humusa, tahinija, kikiriki putera\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana, Hrana i Samo Hrana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se okrenete ra\u010dunanju nutritivnih vrednosti, a ne kalorija, mo\u017eete jesti kada god po\u017eelite. Gladovanje nije izbor &#8211; <strong>jedite kada god organizam to zatra\u017ei<\/strong>, bilo da se radi o ru\u010dku, ve\u010deri ili u\u017eini. Idealan unos obroka bi bio na svakih 3-4h kako bi navikli metabolizam da ubrzano radi i uspe\u0161no apsorbuje hranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ukoliko ustanete u 08h ujutru, po\u017eeljno je odmah popiti napitak za dobro jutro i nakon 15 minuta (oko pola 9, 9h) doru\u010dkovati. Prva u\u017eina se preporu\u010duje ve\u0107 oko pola 12, 12, a ru\u010dak oko 13:30-14h. Ako ose\u0107ate potrebu za drugom u\u017einom, mo\u017eete je uzeti oko pola 17, 17h i potom ve\u010derati oko 20h. Vi\u0161e ne morate gladovati, a i potreba za slatki\u0161ima i nezdravom hranom \u0107e biti potpuno eliminisana.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pazite na Unos Vode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U dana\u0161njem ubrzanom na\u010dinu \u017eivota, kada zaboravljamo da unosimo dovoljno te\u010dnosti &#8211; prvenstveno vode, neophodno je ste\u0107i naviku za stalnom hidratacijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Unos vode je najbitniji u prvom delu dana. Kada imate vremena isecite pola kri\u0161ke limuna i ubacite ga u \u010da\u0161u vode. Popijte tri \u010da\u0161e vode u prvom delu dana &#8211; bez bacanja limuna. Na ovaj na\u010din \u0107ete pospe\u0161iti detoksikaciju organizma i ubrzati metabolizam.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako bitna stavka u vo\u0111enju zdravog \u017eivota jeste sam <strong>na\u010din pripreme hrane<\/strong>. Suncokretovo i maslinovo ulje u potpunosti izbacite iz upotrebe pr\u017eenja hrane, dok maslinovo i dalje mo\u017eete koristiti za prelivanje salata. Umesto ulja, za pr\u017eenje (ukoliko je potrebno) koristite svinjsku mast ili kokosovo ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaboravite na<\/strong> ke\u010dap, majonez, razne vrste soseva i preliva koji su hemijski obra\u0111eni. Koristite zdravije alternative poput &#8211; sos od paradajza, humus, tahini, puter od kikirikija, avokado namaz, soja sos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za\u010dini<\/strong> su dozvoljeni i mogu se kombinovati po izboru: beli luk u granulama, bosiljak, origano, biber, maj\u010dina du\u0161ica, papri\u010dice, \u0111umbir, cimet, kumin, ruzmarin, kari\u2026 Vegeta se u potpunosti izbacuje, a so se smanjuje na minimalne koli\u010dine (ukoliko je potrebno za kuvana jela &#8211; dodati prstohvat soli).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Restorani brze hrane, pekare, poslasti\u010darnice, gazirani sokovi i sve vrste kupovne \u010dokolade<\/strong> bi trebalo izbegavati u \u0161irokom krugu. Naravno, mo\u017eete dopustiti sebi povremeno \u201ccheat day\u201d ali pazite da ne preterate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ishrana treba da bude podeljena na \u010detiri dela:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Povr\u0107e &#8211; Najve\u0107i procenat ishrane (sirovo ili u salatama &#8211; bitno je unositi ga svakodnevno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belan\u010devine (Proteini) i \u017ditarice (Ugljeni Hidrati)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vo\u0107e &#8211; Jesti ga ujutru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mle\u010dni Proizvodi &#8211; Predstavljaju sporedni produkt, mo\u017ee se konzumirati ali i ne mora<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da biste osigurali zdrav i dugove\u010dan \u017eivot potrebno je da se pridr\u017eavate navedenih pravila.
