Ne brinite, istina je daleko lak\u0161a&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kada god poku\u0161avamo da uradimo ne\u0161to na silu i \u0161to se mnogo protivi na\u0161oj volji i onome na \u0161ta smo na\u0161e telo navikli, uvek nailazimo na otpor i na to da se organizam buni. Zato \u0107e vam ovih <strong>10 jednostavnih rutina<\/strong> koje uvedete u svoju svakodnevnicu mnogo olak\u0161ati put ka \u017eeljenom cilju&#8230; <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Evo kako to rade ljudi koji su uvek u dobroj formi!<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Zapo\u010dinju dan uz \u010da\u0161u limuna u mlakoj vodi<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ova jutarnja kombinacija osim \u0161to stimuli\u0161e i ubrzava metabolizam, pozitivno uti\u010de na na\u0161e zdravlje.
