Izvojili smo pet zdravih recepata omiljene brze hrane&nbsp;uz pomo\u0107 kojih \u0107e nezdrava hrana postati zdrava i dobra za va\u0161e zdravlje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sve \u0161to vam je potrebno je blender,&nbsp;par namirnica koje mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u fri\u017eideru ili bilo kojoj prodavnici i volja da se posvetite zdravijem na\u010dinu \u017eivota. Ne brinite,&nbsp;ukus&nbsp;vas ne\u0107e razo\u010darati, a telo \u0107e vam biti zahvalno. Kombinujte mocarelu, iseckani paradajz, suve ili sve\u017ee za\u010dine, himalajsku ili krupnu morsku so, pr\u0161utu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuvarancije.com\/preliv-od-paradajza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">doma\u0107i sos od paradajza<\/a>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pripremite glavicu karfiola, isecite na manje komade i&nbsp;stavite u blender dok ga u potpunosti ne usitnite. Potom ga stavite u mikrotalasnu pe\u0107nicu na osam minuta (srednja ja\u010dina temperature) ili ga skuvajte u vodi, prebacite u krpu, zamotajte i dobro procedite. Gotovom karfiolu dodajte jedno jaje, dobro prome\u0161ajte i pripremljenu smesu oblikujte po volji, a potom postavite na papir za pe\u010denje. Pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200\u00b0C, 15-20 minuta dok ne dobije zlatnu boju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Izvadite testo iz rerne, postavite \u017eeljene sastojke za picu i vratite u rernu na jo\u0161 10 minuta. Probajte ovaj jednostavan recept koji \u0107e vam oduzeti samo 30 minuta vremena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>400 gr mlevene junetine ili govedine (potrudite se da bude bez masti)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017euta paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 crveni luk<\/li>\n<li>kukuruz (po ukusu)<\/li>\n<li>sve\u017ei \u0161ampinjoni<\/li>\n<li>himalajska ili krupna morska so<\/li>\n<li>biber<\/li>\n<li>maslinovo ulje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pome\u0161ajte meso sa omiljenim za\u010dinima i kukuruzom (po \u017eelji). Oblikujte male loptice, napravite udubljenje u svakoj i dodajte sitno seckanu papriku, \u0161ampinjone, crveni luk i feta sir. &#8220;D\u017eepi\u0107&#8221; zatvorite mesom, a potom pljeskavice oblikujte i postavite na papir za pe\u010denje. Napokon slatki\u0161i i omiljene pala\u010dinke koje mo\u017eete jesti bez gri\u017ee savesti!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong> (za jednu porciju):<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3 belanca<\/li>\n<li>1 merica protein praha<\/li>\n<li>1 ka\u0161ika (do dve) kokosovog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>Kokosovo ulje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U tri belanca dodajte mericu protein praha (od omiljenog ukusa, preporu\u010dujemo vanilu) i ka\u0161iku kokosa. Prome\u0161ajte, i po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 kokosa dok ne dobijete \u017eeljenu gustinu. Zagrejte teflonski tiganj, dodajte malo kokosovog ulja i nanesite pola kutla\u010de pripremljene smese. Smanjite temperaturu na srednju ja\u010dinu, oblikujte pala\u010dinku po \u017eelji i pecite oko jedan minut. Kada se budu pojavile ta\u010dkice na gornjoj, okrenite pala\u010dinku na drugu stranu i pecite jo\u0161 pola minuta. Pecite pala\u010dinke koliko imate smese, a&nbsp;pre svake nanesite malo kokosovog ulja na tiganj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pala\u010dinke prema\u017eite blendiranim \u0161umskim vo\u0107em, kikiriki puterom, ili pore\u0111ajte sitno seckano vo\u0107e po izboru. Napravite integralnu tortilju, dodajte sastojke za burito i u\u017eivajte u identi\u010dnom ukusu na zdrav na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>4 \u0161olje integralnog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0161olja belog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>2 ravne ka\u0161i\u010dice himalajske soli<\/li>\n<li>0,5 \u0161olje maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pome\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, dodajte so i ulje i potom rukama umutite testo. Napravite udubljenje u sredini, u koje \u0107ete sipati vrelu vodu, a potom sjedini masu (dok testo ne postane glatko i ne po\u010dne da se odvaja od prstiju). Napravite loptice (60 gr) od testa, postavite na jednu vla\u017enu i prekrijte drugom suvom krpom. Ostavite loptice najmanje sat vremena da odstoje, a potom stavite svaku u posebnu najlonsku kesu i oklagijom polako razvucite. Ukoliko ste ljubitelj \u010dokolade, dodajte punu ka\u0161iku kakao praha u me\u0161avinu vo\u0107a (<strong>preporu\u010dujemo vi\u0161nje sa kakao prahom &#8211; odli\u010dna kombinacija<\/strong>) i u\u017eivajte u ukusu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>80-100 gr smrznutog vo\u0107a<\/li>\n<li>80-100 gr vo\u0107a na sobnoj temperaturu<\/li>\n<li>zale\u0111eno kokosovo mleko (po izboru)<\/li>\n<li>omiljeni ora\u0161asti plodovi, cimet, ekstrakt vanile (po izboru)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da biste napravili sladoled, potrebno je da polovina vo\u0107a koje koristite bude zamrznuta. Ubacite sve sastojke u blender i mutite dok se masa ne sjedini, tj dok komadi\u0107i vo\u0107a prestanu da budu vidljivi. Nakon \u0161to bude gotovo, prespite u posude i slu\u017eite odmah. Ukoliko vam nakon blendiranja sladoled ne deluje previ\u0161e smrznuto, ostavite ga u zamrziva\u010du jo\u0161 15 minuta, a potom dobro prome\u0161ajte i poslu\u017eite.
