Jednom kada izgubite fokus\u00a0bi\u0107e te\u017ee da se oporavite i da prona\u0111ete va\u0161u motivaciju opet, zato pazite da ne do\u017eivite potpuni slom.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Postoje dve vrste oporavka:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kratkoro\u010dni (neposredni) oporavak:<\/strong><br \/>\nKratkoro\u010dni oporavak je oporavak od izrazito intenzivnog treninga ili takmi\u010denja.
