Uz veliko anga\u017eovanje i vredan rad osniva\u010da i trenera, za kratak vremenski period otvorene su tri razli\u010dite vrste programa za odrasle i decu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Od sada, uz <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">FitPass karticu<\/span><\/strong><\/a> mo\u017eete trenirati: Prilago\u0111eni fitnes program, Rekreativni Boks ili ve\u017ebati sa svojim mali\u0161anima u \u0160kolici sporta i plivanja. <strong>Nabavite svoju FitPass karticu i trenirajte <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">bez doplate<\/span> u FitBox-u!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">FitBox &#8211; Specijalne pogodnosti<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U \u017eelji da programe ve\u017ebanja iz ponude prilagode svakom pojedincu, FitBox je obezbedio testiranja kardiorespiratorne izdr\u017eljivosti i motori\u010dkih sposobnosti, kao i merenja morfolo\u0161kih karakteristika dva puta godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Merenje kardiovaskularne izdr\u017eljivosti<\/strong><\/span> podrazumeva merenje maksimalne potro\u0161nje kiseonika (VO2max).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Merenja motori\u010dkih sposobnosti<\/span><\/strong> podrazumevaju merenje brzine, snage, izdr\u017eljivosti, ravnote\u017ee i eksplozivnosti.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Merenje motorfolo\u0161kih karakteristika<\/strong><\/span> je merenje visine, te\u017eine, obima, procenta vode, masti i mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase pojedinca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cilj merenja je kreiranje efikasnog treninga, na osnovu dobijenih rezultata. U slu\u010daju potrebe, na treningu se koristi <strong>pulsmetar<\/strong> pomo\u0107u kojeg se prati i kontroli\u0161e sr\u010dana frekvenca i zona rada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Treninzi se odvijaju u grupama koje broje do 15 ve\u017eba\u010da uz nadzor dva trenera. Treninzi se odvijaju u renoviranom i opremljenom prostoru koji svakako doprinosi sjajnoj atmosferi i dobrom raspolo\u017eenju na treningu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Prilago\u0111eni Fitnes (Namenjen&nbsp;\u017denama)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"FitBox alignright wp-image-5298 size-full\" title=\"FitBox\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/tuxpi.com_.1488969720.jpg\" alt=\"FitBox\" width=\"297\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/tuxpi.com_.1488969720.jpg 297w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/tuxpi.com_.1488969720-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/tuxpi.com_.1488969720-65x65.jpg 65w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/>Prilago\u0111eni fitnes program je, kako mu ime ka\u017ee, <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>program koji je prilago\u0111en svakom pojedincu.<\/strong><\/span> Iako se trening odvija u grupi (do 15 ve\u017eba\u010da), trening je prilago\u0111en mogu\u0107nostima i \u017eeljama pojedinca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Namenjen je svim \u017eenama koje \u017eele da unaprede zdravstveno stanje, zategnu mi\u0161i\u0107e i izgube masne naslage, ali i dobro se zabave!<\/p>\n<h3>Trening Prilago\u0111enog Fitnesa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trening rekreativnog boksa se sprovodi svakog radnog dana. Koncept treninga se zasniva na trajanju od 60 minuta: vreme za zagrevanje, glavni deo treninga i obavezno pravilno istezanje na kraju treninga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oblik rada (frontalni, poligon, podela u grupe ili parove) zavisi od samog cilja treninga. Na treningu se koriste <strong>raznovrsni rekviziti<\/strong> (tegovi, \u0161ipke, ekspanderi, TRX, bu\u0107ice, vija\u010de, pilates lopte, balans plo\u010de, jastu\u010di\u0107i&#8230;) koji <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">doprinose ostvarenju ciljeva ve\u017eba\u010da na najefikasniji i najzanimljiviji na\u010din.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rekreativni Boks (Za Mu\u0161karce i \u017dene)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rekreativni boks je visoko intenzivni trening, namenjen mu\u0161karcima ali i \u017eenama. Preporu\u010duje se svim ljudima koji \u017eele da unaprede svoje zdravstveno stanje, istope masne naslage i oja\u010daju mi\u0161i\u0107e celog tela. U zavisnosti od utreniranosti i fizi\u010dke kondicije ve\u017eba\u010da, ve\u017ebe se prilago\u0111avaju pojedincu i njegovim \u017eeljama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tako\u0111e, ve\u017eba\u010di imaju mogu\u0107nost (ali ne i obavezu) da isprobaju svoju ve\u0161tinu u ringu i da nau\u010de osnovne tehnike sparinga koji je <strong>kontrolisan<\/strong> i <strong>bezbedan. <\/strong>Prilikom borbe se koristi kaciga, za\u0161titna guma za zube, banda\u017eeri za zglobove i rukavice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>* Rukavice i kacige obezbe\u0111uje klub za svakog ve\u017eba\u010da koje samo on koristi.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Trening Rekreativnog Boksa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trening rekreativnog boksa se sprovodi svakog radnog dana. Koncept treninga se zasniva na trajanju od 60 minuta: vreme za zagrevanje, glavni deo treninga i obavezno pravilno istezanje na kraju treninga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Glavni deo treninga se, u zavisnosti od cilja, fokusira na u\u010denju tehnike boksa, razvoju mi\u0161i\u0107ne snage, koordinacije i kardiorespiratorne izdr\u017eljivosti. Oblik rada (frontalni, poligon, podela u grupe ili parove) tako\u0111e zavisi od samog cilja treninga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trening snage je sastavni deo programa koji je individualno prilago\u0111en svakom ve\u017eba\u010du. Stru\u010dan rad, uz obavezno prisustvo najmanje dva trenera na svakom treningu, odvija se uz pomo\u0107 mno\u0161tvo rekvizita koji su namenjeni razli\u010ditim uzrastima dece.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Trening \u0160kolice Sporta i Plivanja<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Koncept treninga je osmi\u0161ljen da, pored fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti, deca re\u0161avaju i mentalne zadatke (zagonetke, brzalice, igre pam\u0107enja, crtanje) kako bi se podstakao intelektualni razvoj i iskoristile sve biolo\u0161ke mogu\u0107nosti deteta. Svi treneri koji rade sa decom su pro\u0161li NTC obuku i stekli sertifikat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Treninzi se odr\u017eavaju utorkom i \u010detvrtkom od 18h za decu uzrasta 3 do 4 godine, i sredom i petkom od 18h za decu uzrasta 5 do 7 godina.
