Odgovorili smo na pitanja, po \u010demu se one razlikuju i kako mogu da vam pomognu, dok vam va\u0161a <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/\">FitPass kartica<\/a> omogu\u0107ava da ih sve i probate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Joga poze<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekoliko joga poza koje treba da znate pre odlaska na \u010das. Kre\u0107ite se lagano kroz svaku pozu i ne zaboravite da di\u0161ete dok se kre\u0107ete. Ideja je da ostanete u svakoj pozi nekoliko kratkih udaha pre prelaska na slede\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;1. Samo njeno ime proizilazi iz dve re\u010di \u201eHa\u201d \u0161to zna\u010di sunce i \u201eTa\u201d \u0161to zna\u010di mesec, pa samim tim ukazuje na balans \u201etoplog\u201d i \u201ehladnog\u201d odnosno ukazuje na balans mirovanja i pokreta. U Hata jogi akcenat se stavlja na telesnom ve\u017ebanju (asane) I joga disanju (prane). Hata joga predstavlja stanje ravnote\u017ee, ujedinjenje prane sa umom \u2013 bu\u0111enje vi\u0161e svesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najvi\u0161e rasprostranjena joga u svetu, a u praksi je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e me\u0161avina dve ili vi\u0161e vrsta joge, ali mo\u017eete o\u010dekivati mirniji tok treninga koji \u0107e uklju\u010divati ve\u017ebe disanja i meditacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u0161tanga joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da je inspiracija za mnoge tipove joge u vinjasa stilu, a\u0161tanga joga podrazumeva atletski zahtevne poze. Tradicionalno, a\u0161tanga se podu\u010dava u \u201emajsore stilu \u201c: u\u010denici nau\u010de niz polo\u017eaja, pa onda ve\u017ebaju u sopstvenom ritmu dok se instruktor kre\u0107e po prostoriji, pode\u0161ava poze i daje predloge individualno i po potrebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poze se izvode u nizu i bez prekida, tako da oni koji praktikuju ovu vrstu joge nau\u010de da posmatraju sve \u0161to nai\u0111e bez gr\u010devitog hvatanja ili odbijanja. Redovnim praktikovanjem, ve\u0161tina pa\u017eljivog nevezivanja se preliva i na sve ostale aspekte \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integralna joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagani trening zasnovan na mantrama, pozama, dubokoj relaksaciji, ve\u017ebama disanja i meditaciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integralna joga je usmerena na to da nas vrati u \u201eprirodno stanje \u201c, \u0161to podrazumeva zdravlje i snagu, bistar i miran um, srce puno ljubavi, jaku a opet savitljivu volju i \u017eivot ispunjen vrhunskom rado\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u017eivamukti joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fizi\u010dki zahtevan, a intelektualno stimulativan \u010das sa fokusom na duhovnom razvoju. O\u010dekujte da se susretnete sa gracioznim nizom asana uz mantre na sanskritu, osvrtima na tekstove iz skripti, eklekti\u010dnom muzikom, jogisti\u010dkim praksama disanja i meditacijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od dominantnih principa D\u017eivamukti joge je ahimsa (ne\u0161ko\u0111enje), a na \u010dasovima se \u010desto ispituje veza izme\u0111u joge i prava \u017eivotinja, veganizma i aktivizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bikram joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prostorije su zagrejane na 40 stepeni C, a \u010das se sastoji od 45 minuta ve\u017ebanja stoje\u0107ih polo\u017eaja i 45 minuta izvo\u0111enja poza na podu. Rade se iste serije od dve ve\u017ebe disanja i 26 poza na svakom \u010dasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove ve\u017ebe su osmi\u0161ljene da razrade telo i zahtevaju punu koncentraciju. Sveukupni cilj je da se do\u0111e do vrhunske forme tela, ali i uma, kroz omogu\u0107avanje sjedinjenja fizi\u010dkog i spiritualnog aspekta bi\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forest joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sna\u017ean, intenzivan trening osmi\u0161ljen da vam pomogne da se oslobodite fizi\u010dke i emocionalne tenzije i bola, slave\u0107i snagu Va\u0161eg sopstvenog tela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polaze\u0107i od premise da ra\u0161\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje natalo\u017eenih emocija otvara prostor da se povrati duh, ovaj trening kombinuje fizi\u010dki zahtevne serije poza sa dubokom emocionalnom potragom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baptist vinjasa joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je fizi\u010dki zahtevni stil, koji te\u010de bez prekida i sigurno \u0107e naterati Va\u0161e srce da br\u017ee kuca, ali \u0107e Vas istovremeno i ohrabriti da prona\u0111ete autenti\u010dnu snagu svoje li\u010dnosti u \u017eivotu. \u010casovi se zasnivaju na energi\u010dnim 90-minutnim serijama poza koje se izvode u zagrejanoj prostoriji i osmi\u0161ljene su tako da deluju na celo telo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cilj Baptistove joge je da vam podari slobodu, du\u0161evni mir i sposobnost da \u017eivite sna\u017enije i autenti\u010dnije u sada\u0161njem trenutku. Fizi\u010dki zahtevne poze predstavljaju pripremni teren za suo\u010davanje sa emocionalnim i filozofskim izazovima s kojima se susre\u0107ete u \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Joga toka prane<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201eIzazovna\u201c i \u201eosna\u017euju\u0107a\u201c su klju\u010dne re\u010di u opisu ove aktivne, fluidne forme vinjasa joge. Nakon \u201eOm \u201c, kojim se otvara \u010das, slede poze u skoro neprekidnom pokretu. Serije su kreativne i \u010desto uklju\u010duju i elemente plesa kao i meditacije u pokretu, a sve to prati muzika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj trening je odli\u010dno sredstvo da se pove\u017eete sa pranom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ijengar joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto \u0107ete raditi samo nekoliko poza dok istra\u017eujete suptilne radnje koje su potrebne da biste savladali pravilno anatomsko poravnanje u pozi. Poze se mogu modifikovati uz rekvizite tako da je ovaj trening pristupa\u010dan svima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za po\u010detnike je primarni cilj da shvate pravilno anatomsko poravnanje u pozi i osnovnu strukturu poza te steknu ve\u0107u fizi\u010dku svest, snagu i fleksibilnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vinijoga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Skrojeni prema individualnim potrebama, \u010dasovi znatno variraju i mogu da uklju\u010duju asane, pranajamu, mantre, molitvu i rituale. Na svim \u010dasovima akcenat je na pokretanju ki\u010dme i uskla\u0111ivanju pokreta i disanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinijoga je korisno terapeutsko sredstvo za telo, ali tako\u0111e ima za cilj da razvija dah, glas, pam\u0107enje, intelekt, karakter i srce. Ovde se joga sagledava kao sredstvo da se kultivi\u0161e pozitivno, umanji negativno i pomogne svakom ko praktikuje jogu da postigne diskriminativnu svesnost \u2013 klju\u010d svakog procesa auto-transformacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svarupa joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casovi uklju\u010duju mnogo rada na podu sa dosta podupiranja i prilago\u0111avanja na licu mesta. \u010casovi po\u010dinju i zavr\u0161avaju se sa savasanom (poza mrtvaca), a akcenat je na osloba\u0111anju od napetosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svarupa zna\u010di \u201eblagoslov tvog sopstvenog bi\u0107a\u201c. Ovo se odnosi na tantri\u010dki pogled na telo kao na formu svesti. Cilj je da se stvori \u201eotvor na jezgru\u201c kako bi se uklonile energetske smetnje unutra\u0161njoj transformaciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purna joga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casovi se fokusiraju na asane uz pridr\u017eavanje principa anatomskog poravnanja u pozi iz Ijengar joge i uvo\u0111enje jogisti\u010dke filozofije. \u010cas po\u010dinje i zavr\u0161ava se kratkom meditacijom kako bi se u\u010denici povezali sa sr\u010danim centrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akcenat je na sjedinjavanju tela i uma sa duhom. Postoje \u010detiri grane Purna joge: meditacija, asane i pranajama, primenjena filozofija i ishrana i \u017eivotni stil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Joga je za svakoga. Bilo da ste mladi ili stari, u formi ili ne, joga ima mo\u0107 da umiri um i oja\u010da telo.
