To da spada u grupu superhrane je odavno dokazano, a svakako se preporu\u010duje njegova konzumaciju u svakom obliku. Kasno prole\u0107e i leto su omiljeni ba\u0161 zbog ove namirnice, jer njegova upotreba u svakom obliku jela je nezamenljiva. S obzirom na to da je ono sezonsko povr\u0107e koje se mo\u017ee na\u0107i od maja do oktobra, ukoliko imate sre\u0107e i poznajete doma\u0107instva koja gaje u staklenicima ovo zdravo povr\u0107e (iako je zapravo citrusno vo\u0107e), bi\u0107ete njime snabdeveni tokom cele godine. Po\u010dev\u0161i od salate, do uvek omiljenih zimnica u kombinaciji sa ostalim povr\u0107em. On je osnova italijanske, mediteranske i ostalih kuhinja \u0161irom Evrope i ostalih kontinenata, jer ga mo\u017eete na\u0107i kao osnovni i dopunski sastojak svih jela. Sigurno ste od porodice i prijatelja \u010duli da ako \u017eelite da imate jako srce, zdravu ko\u017eu i da se nikad ne na\u0111ete u grupi malignih oboljenja \u2013 <strong>jedite paradajz svaki dan.<\/strong> Ovo povr\u0107e je u najve\u0107em procentu sa\u010dinjeno od vode, potom minimalnom u\u010de\u0161\u0107u ugljenih hidrata i vrlo malo masti. Me\u0111utim, sve vi\u0161e ljudi se vra\u0107a prirodnim izvorima hrane. Jedan od osnovnih principa zdrave ishrane jeste\u00a0<strong>svakodnevna upotreba integralnih \u017eitarica.\u00a0<\/strong>One se zbog svojih svojstava smatraju\u00a0<strong>najzdravijom hranom,\u00a0<\/strong>a poznatije su i zbog svog drugog imena u potro\u0161a\u010dkom dru\u0161tvu \u2013 cerealije. Prevashodno, tu prvo mislimo na\u00a0<strong>p\u0161enicu, ovas, kukuruz, ra\u017e, je\u010dam i pirina\u010d<\/strong>. Omega-3 masne kiseline pobolj\u0161avaju celokupan kardiovaksularan sistem, a veliki broj nutricionista se sla\u017eu sa tvrdnjom da je riba kao takva istovremeno i gastronomski u\u017eitak, kao i oaza zdravih sastojaka. Ukoliko pak niste ljubitelj ove vrste hrane, potrudite se da je kombinujete sa ostalim zdravim namirnicama, barem do 2x nedeljno. Nutrijenti (proteini, zasi\u0107ene mast ili ugljeni hidrati) su glavni sastojak povr\u0107a, a u zavisnosti od va\u0161eg zdravstvenog stanja, neko povr\u0107e morate i smete da konzumirate u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama, dok za druge postoje odre\u0111ena ograni\u010denja po pitanju koli\u010dine. <strong>Sezonsko povr\u0107e<\/strong> uvek treba koristiti na pravilan na\u010din, bez obzira na tip obroka. \u0160pargle se na primer u velikoj meri preporu\u010duju fitnes i bodibilding zajednici zbog niskog sadr\u017eaja ugljenih hidrata i kalorija, a zbog pove\u0107ane koli\u010dine kalijuma, vitamina A, B, C, kalijuma i fosfora. Bez obzira \u0161to je delikatesna namirnica sa malo \u2018\u2019ja\u010dom\u2019\u2019 cenom, ona predstavlja pravu riznicu zdravlja. <strong>Paprike<\/strong> (bez obzira na oblik i boju) su omiljene u svakom jelu. Antioksidansi i vitamin C su njeni glavni sastojci, a \u010dak iako nemate vremena za njenu pripremu, u svakom slu\u010daju je zdravo pojesti je u sirovom obliku. <strong>\u0160argarepa i brokoli<\/strong>, nekome vi\u0161e omiljeni, a nekome manje su sastojci ve\u0107ine salata i barenih jela. Pogotovo na reproduktivno zdravlje ne\u017enijeg pola. <strong>Pasulj, so\u010divo ili gra\u0161ak \u2013 <\/strong>nemerljivo su zdravi, bogati su mineralima, cinkom, magenzijumom, gvo\u017e\u0111em, kao i kalijumom koji sveukupno \u0161tite va\u0161e srce, stomak, creva, a za ljude sa visokim holesterolom ovo povr\u0107e je obavezno na svakodnevnoj trpezi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bez obzira da li ga konzumirate sirovog, barenog ili u sklopu dresinga za salate i paste, paradajz je nezamenljiva i omiljena hrana populaciji \u0161irom sveta. Ne zahteva veliku pripremu, dovoljno je da u\u017eivate u njemu i konzumirate ga u ve\u0107oj koli\u010dini (ukoliko uop\u0161te niste bili njegov ljubitelj).
