I to nije samo obi\u010dna fraza, ve\u0107 \u010dinjeni\u010dno stanje. Ose\u0107aj kada zavr\u0161ite sa poslovnim obavezama, spakujete letnju garderobu i u\u017eivate u sun\u010danim, toplim danima su trenuci koji \u0107e uvek biti na ceni. Za profesionalne sportiste ili rekreativce, odmor mo\u017ee biti malo druga\u010dije definisan. Mo\u017eda zvu\u010di malo paradoksalno, ali zapravo ima smisla. Postoji nekoliko <strong>na\u010dina <\/strong>putem kojih mo\u017eete trenirati i dok odmarate, a taj da ste taj odmor \u010dekali jako dugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Pre svega, va\u017eno je da zapamtite, a i ono \u0161to vam preporu\u010dujemo:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Hidracija vodom<\/strong> na dnevnom nivou je obavezna (do 2L)!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Izbacite gazirane i ostale &#8221;\u0161e\u0107erne&#8221; sokove<\/strong> \u010dak i kada se sun\u010date na le\u017ealjci ili kampujete u planinskim podru\u010djima.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ukoliko ostajete 5 i vi\u0161e dana na odmoru, <strong>ve\u017ebajte na svaka dva dana<\/strong>, barem 30 min dnevno.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u010cu\u010dnjevi uvek i svuda!<\/strong> Kada se probudite, pre doru\u010dka; u odre\u0111enom prostoru za ve\u017ebanje svakako, a i pre spavanja.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u010cu\u010dnjevima se pridru\u017euju i izdr\u017eaji<\/strong>, od 30 sekundi svakog jutra i ve\u010deri. Zvu\u010di nemogu\u0107e? Nije, ako ve\u0107 imate razra\u0111enu rutinu i ve\u017ebala\u010dke navike. Posle bilo koje ve\u017ebe, nikako ne zaboravite&nbsp;<strong>istezanje.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0161to ne preskakati&nbsp;trening na putovanju i \u0161ta je bitno zapamtiti?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#1 Resetujte svoja o\u010dekivanja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niko od vas ne\u0107e o\u010dekivati da dok ste na pla\u017ei ili kampovanju imate treninge u punom kapacitetu kao da ste kod ku\u0107e. Obi\u010dno hotelske teretane u najve\u0107em broju slu\u010dajeva su skromno opremljene sa par kardio sprava i nekoliko slobodnih tegova, odnosno bu\u0107ica. Ukoliko u blizini postoji park sa spravama ili joga platformama, iskoristite to. Tako\u0111e, bez obzira da li putujete na more, planinu ili ste ipak &#8221;gradski putnik&#8221; u ve\u0107ini mesta postoji usluga iznajmljivanja bicikala. Pedale na noge i u\u017eivajte. Ukoliko pak odmarate u gradskoj sredini, nikakav taksi ili javni prevoz u tom mestu ne mo\u017ee zameniti <strong>pe\u0161a\u010denje<\/strong> umerenim tempom do \u017eeljene destinacije. Koristite stepenice umesto lifta, \u0161etajte dugo, redovno se hidrirajte i izbegavajte brzu hranu u pauzama od tro\u0161enja novca.
