I u amaterskom i u profesionalnom boksu, borci ili bokseri izbegavaju udarce protivnika (primiti ih \u0161to manje), a istovremeno poku\u0161avaju da isto njemu zadaju takti\u010dki udarac. Jedan me\u010d traje u tri runde po tri minuta gde broj rundi zavisi od toga da li je u pitanju amaterski ili profesionalni. Ukoliko ste zagrejani za ovu disciplinu, a ne znate odakle da krenete sa njenim ve\u017ebanjem, sve o boksu upravo mo\u017eete nau\u010diti kad direktno u\u0111ete u ring. Polaze\u0107i od pogre\u0161ne pretpostavke da je boks kao takav agresivan sport, on je i te kako prilagodljiv ne samo mu\u0161karcima, ve\u0107 i lep\u0161em polu. Naime, on je spoj kardio, treninga snage i mentalnog treninga. Nau\u010dno je dokazano da svakodnevno 10-minutno udaranje u vre\u0107u ili intenzivno sparingovanje dovodi do lu\u010denja seratonina i endorfina, odnosno hormona sre\u0107e. Sam trening boksa ne zahteva veliku pripremu u smislu preterane opreme, dovoljne su vam dobre rukavice, odli\u010dan trener i dobra volja. Ba\u0161 zbog momenta po\u0161tovanja protivnika i same igre, ovaj sport se svrstava u plemenitu ve\u0161tinu.
