Jesenji i zimski periodi su sve samo ne omiljeni iz razloga koji podrazumevaju virusne prehlade, odlaske doktorima i vremensko le\u010denje koje mo\u017ee biti ili kratko ili du\u017ee. Me\u0111utim, lo\u0161a informisanost ili nedostatak motivacije su neki od razloga za\u0161to le\u010denje nije adekvatno tokom hladnih vremenskih nepogoda. Ono \u0161to je \u010dinjenica jeste ta da svako od nas ima svoj recept kako ostati zdrav tokom hladnih dana. Neko se okre\u0107e savremenim metodama, dok se drugi dr\u017ee narodne medicine. Ne smete zaboraviti sebe, ustalite neku svoju rutinu i prona\u0111ite na\u010din da unapredite va\u0161e zdravlje. Na spomen <strong>vitamina <\/strong>prva asocijacija jeste zdravlje i njihov neograni\u010den unos u na\u0161 organizam. Me\u0111utim, postoje odre\u0111ene tvrdnje.
