Njena lekovitost je odavno poznata prethodnim civilizacijama, a njena vrsta, takozvana <strong>sibirska borovnica ili sibirska aronija <\/strong>koja se gaji u izuzetno hladnim uslovima, daju\u0107i tako ukusne i zdrave bobice. I dan danas se lekovitost ovih malih, tamnih bobica prou\u010dava u laboratorijama \u0161irom sveta. Pre njene upotrebe, svuda i uvek se isti\u010de \u010dinjenica o <strong>dozvoljenom unosu<\/strong> ovih bobica: jedna ka\u0161ika sve\u017eih bobica je preporu\u010den dnevni unos. <strong>Nau\u010dno dokazana svojstva su brojna, <\/strong>a evo nekih u nastavku:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>#1 Aronija uni\u0161tava \u0107elije raka<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nau\u010dno je dokazano da sastojci i jedinjenja iz aronije uspe\u0161no \u0161tite organizam od rizika dobijanja raka debelog creva, kao i da ubijaju obolele \u0107elije ove maligne bolesti.
