Ukoliko vas motivacija i cilj pokre\u0107u da se bavite sobom i svojim zdravljem, dobra vest je ta postoji mnogo na\u010dina i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e sportskih disciplina kojima \u0107ete aktivirati va\u0161 um i telo. Pogotovo ako ste ve\u0107 vlasnik\/ca personalizovane <a href=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FitPass kartice<\/a>. <strong>Meditacija <\/strong>je uveliko postala popularna zbog fokusiranja na mentalni aspekt zdravstvenog stanja. Me\u0111utim, kao i kod ve\u0107ine fitnes trendova koji su postali i te kako tra\u017eeni u poslednjih 10 godina, postoje <strong>mitovi <\/strong>u koje ljudi veruju, a aktuelni su zbog nedovoljne informisanosti ili neiskustva. Tako je i sa meditacijom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to meditacija?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odavno je u medicinskim krugovima poznato kakve sve <strong>blagodeti pru\u017ea meditacija. <\/strong>Naime, svakodnevno 10-minutno meditiranje u zna\u010dajnoj meri <strong>smanjuje stres, omogu\u0107ava bolji fokus na svaki segment va\u0161eg \u017eivota, pobolj\u0161ava san i pozitivno uti\u010de na va\u0161e emotivno i psihi\u010dko stanje. <\/strong>Stoga, sa kakvim mitovima se ljudi suo\u010davaju i pre svega \u010duju ili pro\u010ditaju od drugih, a da zapravo nisu ta\u010dni ni u tragovima:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>#1 Za meditaciju je potrebna apsolutna ti\u0161ina<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedan od najrasprostranjenijih mitova. I naravno da nije ta\u010dan. Ukoliko ste po\u010detnik, sasvim je u redu da tokom meditacije u pozadini bude zastupljena tiha, smiruju\u0107a muzika ili glas koji \u0107e vas voditi kroz proces meditacije, bez obzira da li ga slu\u0161ate preko aktuelnih meditacijskih YouTube videa ili mobilnih aplikacija. Naime, potpuno je nebitno kako sedite dok meditirate, sve dok se u toj pozi ose\u0107ate udobno. \u0160tavi\u0161e, meditacijom se mo\u017eete baviti i dok radite standardne ve\u017ebe u teretani ili kod ku\u0107e, \u010dak i kada ste na radnom mestu. Ovakva poza tela nije nu\u017eno neophodna za uspeh.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>#3 Meditacija mora da traje minimum 20 minuta<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i izgovor za izbegavanje meditacije jeste nemanje vremena za istu. U toku dana vam je dovoljno i do 10 minuta za nju, a posle odre\u0111enog perioda, postepeno pove\u0107ajte to vreme, kako biste u potpunosti bili u skladu sa sobom i va\u0161im mislima.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>#4 Ona se poistove\u0107uje samo sa &#8221;\u010di\u0161\u0107enjem lo\u0161ih misli i ose\u0107anja&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9139\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9139\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vanja-zaoblila wp-image-9139 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Pasus-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Pasus-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fitpass.rs\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Pasus-2.jpg 510w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9139\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Odaberite na\u010din na koji \u0107ete meditirati i u\u017eivajte u tome<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovo je mo\u017eda i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i mit, a zapravo je istina ta da postoji nekoliko <strong>vrsti meditacija. <\/strong>Najpoznatije su one koje podrazumevaju vo\u0111enu meditaciju, meditaciju zvanu &#8221;posmatranje sve\u0107e ili drugog izvora svetlosti&#8221;, meditaciju vizuelizacije, takozvanu &#8221;mantra vizuelizaciju&#8221; kao i meditaciju koju obavljate dok \u0161etate. Ukoliko ste ve\u0107 poku\u0161avali da se fokusirate na misli koje vas opsedaju i izazivaju konfuziju dok meditirate, na\u0161 savet jeste da se u tom momentu koncentri\u0161ete samo na <strong>sada\u0161nji trenutak. <\/strong>Ne samo na sada\u0161nje misli, ve\u0107 na zvukove, miris, fragmente oko vas i da uspostavite normalno disanje koje \u0107e vas maksimalno opustiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#5 Potrebne su godine kako bi se osetile prednosti meditacije<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jedna studija je pokazala da studenti koji su \u010detiri dana zaredom meditirali (ujutro do 10 minuta) imali bolje rezultate na ispitima, bili su boljeg raspolo\u017eenja i manje umorni od njihovih vr\u0161njaka koji nikad nisu imali dodira sa meditacijom. Ista studija je pokazala, da nakon 8 nedelja svakodnevne meditacije, je dovelo do smanjenja anksioznih stanja (panika, neobja\u0161njiv strah i tuga) i smanjenje stresa u globalu. Mitovi kod nje ne postoje, a benefiti po va\u0161e emotivno i mentalno zdravlje zahvaljuju\u0107i njoj su mnogobrojni.
