Naime, imenovana je kao <strong>&#8221;dijeta pe\u0107inskog \u010doveka&#8221;. <\/strong>Mo\u017eda ne tako privla\u010dno ime, koliko je privla\u010dan sadr\u017eaj. Ona je nastala kao rezultat istra\u017eivanja na\u010dina ishrane na\u0161ih davnih predaka (pre-pre-predaka), \u0161to nikako ne zna\u010di da je usmerena na konzumaciju zemlje, listova biljaka, semenja i korenja. Nju je detaljno prou\u010davao planetarno poznat nutricionista, Loren Kordejn, koji je napravio do detalja upro\u0161\u0107en plan ishrane na osnovu &#8221;paleo aspekata&#8221;.\u00a0Kada na du\u017ee staze ili pak du\u017ei vremenski period ovu dijetu uvrstite u svoj jelovnik, budite svesni da se morate pozdraviti sa testeninom, \u017eitaricama i slatki\u0161ima. Ta\u010dnije \u2013 pored ovih stavki, u \u0161irokom luku izbegavajte mleko i mle\u010dne proizvode, \u0161e\u0107er, sokove, energetske napike, konzervanse i ve\u0161ta\u010dke zasla\u0111iva\u010de. \u0160tavi\u0161e, ovaj re\u017eim ishrane je zasnovan na <strong>ishrani na\u0161ih predaka<\/strong> iz perioda paleozoika, pa i danas bele\u017ei sjajne rezultate kod njenih konzumenata. Za <strong>ve\u010deru <\/strong>uvek mo\u017eete napraviti laganiju salatu u kombinaciji sa piletinom ili drugim mesom.
