Ukoliko ste \u017eedni &#8211; <strong>ve\u0107 ste dehidrirali!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-rmn\" class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaboravljanje na unos te\u010dnosti deluje gotovo nemogu\u0107e kao i zaboravljanje na disanje, ali verovali ili ne &#8211; postoji <strong>epidemija dehidratacije<\/strong>!<br \/>\nHarvard je uradio istra\u017eivanje i ustanovio da vi\u0161e od polovine 4000 ispitivane dece nisu pili dovoljno, a 25% njih je izjavilo da uop\u0161te ne piju vodu u toku dana.<br \/>\nI to nije samo problem dece:<br \/>\nDruga studija je pokazala da su odrasle osobe jo\u0161 gore! <strong>Do 75% odraslih je bilo hroni\u010dno dehidrirano<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosite sa sobom fla\u0161icu vode i pijte po malo u toku celog dana. Ukoliko vam to ne uspeva, na\u0111ite druge na\u010dine! Odredite sebi vreme kada \u0107ete piti vodu! Jednu \u010dasu \u010dim ustanete, pola sata pre obroka popijte po dve \u010da\u0161e i obavezno nakon svakog treninga!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stetoskop.info\/Zasto-nam-je-potrebna-voda-5304-s5-content.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Dnevni unos<\/a> bi trebalo da bude oko 2l ili 8 \u010da\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nedovoljni unos te\u010dnosti nije smrtonosan, ali ima mno\u0161tvo lo\u0161ih nuspojava. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stetoskop.info\/Dehidratacija-1857-s3-content.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Dehidratacija<\/a> je mo\u017ee biti uzrok smanjene mi\u0161i\u0107ne snage, aerobne i anaerobne sposobnosti, lo\u0161e koncentracije i generalno umne sposobnosti, glavobolje, suve ko\u017ee, gr\u010deva u rukama i nogama, pove\u0107ane telesne temperature, ubrzanog otkucaja srca, ose\u0107aja tromosti i umora, kao i mnogo toga drugog.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kako da proverite da li unosite dovoljno vode? Najpouzdaniji na\u010din da saznate je da odbratite pa\u017enju na va\u0161 urin &#8211; trebalo bi da bude bistar i bledo \u017eute boje.
