Objektivno posmatraju\u0107i, to je minimum minimuma koji mo\u017eete uraditi za sebe i svoje zdravlje<strong>. <\/strong>Da li je <strong>fizi\u010dka aktivnost <\/strong>skoro ili pak odavno deo va\u0161e svakodnevice? Jako dugo nije postojala striktna podela, odnosno klasifikacija na mu\u0161ke i \u017eenske sportove, ve\u0107 su se u zavisnosti od interesovanja sportista i njihove kondicije odr\u017eavala nacionalna i me\u0111unarodna takmi\u010denja. Me\u0111utim, \u017eenski sportovi kao takvi uvek zaslu\u017euju posebnu pa\u017enju. Izbor odre\u0111ene discipline zavisi i od pola, uzrasta, kondicionog stanja, pa \u010dak i vremenskih (ne)prilika. Za lep\u0161i pol uvek preporu\u010dujemo one standardne \u2013 plivanje, vo\u017enja bicikla, tr\u010danje, svakodnevna \u0161etnja. Tako\u0111e, uvek isti\u010demo one, ve\u0107 uveliko popularne (i dokazano zdrave) grupne programe: <strong>pilates, klasi\u010dni, kao i moderni latino plesovi, aerobik i fitnes. <\/strong>Ono \u0161to \u017eenama savetujemo da probaju, one malo nestandardne discipline: fenomenalno intenzivni <strong>krosfit (CrossFit), kik-boks i tekvondo (TaeKwonDo). <\/strong>Tekvondo je korejska, borila\u010dka ve\u0161tina, koja godinama unazad zaslu\u017euje veliko po\u0161tovanje. U kojoj meri je popularna, pokazuju i uspesi na\u0161e Milice Mandi\u0107 na brojnim svetskim i olimpijskim takmi\u010denjima. \u0160tavi\u0161e, vi\u0161e od 70 miliona ljudi trenira ovu ve\u0161tinu u preko 190 zemalja. Za \u017eene, briga o reproduktivnom zdravlju je su\u0161tinska, pored pa\u017enje o fizi\u010dkom i mentalnom aspektu pojedinca. Prema podacima Istra\u017eivanja zdravlja stanovni\u0161tva Srbije iz 2013. godine, <strong>skoro 50% stanovnika <\/strong>bavilo se ili se bavi poslovima koji zahtevaju dugotrajno sedenje. To uklju\u010duje i zajedni\u010dka dru\u017eenja. <strong>Timbildinzi <\/strong>su odavno postali podrazumevana stvar u modernom svetu, jer na brojne na\u010dine uti\u010du na produktivnost radnika. Ukoliko odlu\u010dite da svakodnevnu monotoniju &#8221;razbijete&#8221; nekom spotskom aktivno\u0161\u0107u koja izlazi iz standardnih okvira, ne\u0107ete pogre\u0161iti.
